Reconditioned Knitting Machines & Accessories - 90 Day Return to Base (RTB) Warranty
The warranty covers Mechanical / Electrical Failure

The seller will deem the warranty void if any of the following applies:
1) Customer misuse.
2) Accidental Damage.
3) Incorrect voltage of power supply used.
4) General wear and tear including but not restricted to bent needles.
5) Abnormal environmental operating conditions
6) Modification to the unit or inexpert/attempted repair.
7) In the occurrence of No fault being found after extensive testing, indicating user error or failure of ancillary equipment.

Should any of the above exclusions apply, the seller reserves the right to raise any relevant charges to the customer.

The seller reserves the right to nominate an approved third party to effect repair, if necessary.

The customer will ensure that the defective goods will be correctly boxed. No liability is accepted for loss or consequential damage.
Shipping damage caused by inadequate packaging is the liability of the sender.

Without exception, all shipping costs incurred are at the buyer’s expense.
