Delivery Policy

It is with much regret that we are no longer able to supply goods to EU Countries or Northern Ireland.
This is due to the additional accounting and VAT collection that is required by the EU as of the 1st July 2021.
Sadly we simply do not have the time to facilitate this extra work.

When will my order be shipped?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days of cleared payment receipt.
If for any reason we are not able to dispatch your item within 5 working days, we will notify you by email.

Please note, we do not offer Next Day Delivery.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a full and correct address.
A Telephone number is required for ALL Courier shipments. Please ensure a telephone number is provided or your shipment will be delayed.

How will my order be shipped?
We use various shipping services, dependant on size and value of the parcel.

U.K.
Royal Mail - Small Parcels
Parcelforce / UPS Courier - Larger Parcels.

Rest of World
International Signed For - Small Parcels upto 2KG.
Courier - Large parcels over 2KG.

What happens if my parcel gets lost or damaged?
All parcels are insured against loss or damage providing that the following conditions are adhered to:

It is the responsibility of the customer or customers representative to check the packaging of the goods before signing the delivery note and mark delivery note "DAMAGED" if damage has occured.

If a product arrives damaged we must be notified within 48 hours so that the claim process can be started. All packaging must be retained.

Any loss or shortages must also be notified within 48 hours.

Who pays the Import Duty?
Import Duty where applicable is the responsibility of the customer.

Customs
International parcels may be subject to random checks by Customs which may delay delivery and is out of our control.
